Strategic Innovation & Entrepreneurship for SMEs is delivered by IRDG Innovation Skillnet through Pathway to Innovate.
Designed for MDs, CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams in growth-oriented Irish SMEs, the programme provides the framework, tools and expert support needed to make innovation a practical part of how your business operates.
Through a combination of in-person workshops, online masterclasses and individual mentoring, participants will assess their current innovation capability, explore new approaches and create a clear roadmap for moving forward.
During the programme, you will:
- Assess your current innovation capability and identify opportunities for development.
- Create a tailored Innovation Diagnostic Report and Roadmap.
- Develop a practical 90-day execution plan connected to live business projects.
- Explore design thinking, AI transformation and business model innovation.
- Receive individual mentoring focused on your company’s priorities.
- Connect with other ambitious SME leaders through peer-to-peer learning.
- Build the skills and structures needed to embed innovation across your business.
The programme is valued at more than €12,500 per company and is 90% subsidised through Skillnet Ireland. The participant investment is €625 per person, with two participants attending from each selected company.
Places are limited to 12 companies to ensure participants receive focused mentoring, practical support and a high-quality peer-learning experience.
